  Transfer of innovation

The transfer of the path towards gender certification and awareness raising takes place, in parallel, in the 4 companies that will host the experimentation (2 in Italy, 1 in Bulgaria and 1 in Portugal).

10 meetings of 4 hours each per each identified enterprise will be provided for (40 hours per company for a total of 160 hours of training) to be held in the companies and involving managers, management, HR responsible and staff, and meetings.

These meetings will raise awareness amongst the employees of the same 4 companies in order to promote equality practices within the workplaces.

The role of the target group, involved in the process of training and accompaniment to the certification, is two-fold; on the one hand they are learners, but at the same time will lead the analysis and reporting on the changes in progress (training-activity).

In this phase the target group - supported by quality consultants in every single company - analyzes the existing quality manuals and reassesses them from a gender perspective.

The training-action path will make it possible to highlight any "gender non-conformity" and make corrections and provide the appropriate guidelines for continuous improvement.

The other 5 organizations will attend to the supervision of the work towards certification and will activate exchanges and working tables with the scope of raising awareness on gender equality themes (2 in Italy, 2 in Spain and 1 in The Czech Republic).
