Achievement of EGO certification

In this phase the transfer of innovation will be completed and verified by ensuring that business procedures comply with gender standards.
As in the usual process of obtaining quality certification, the company management system will be adapted to the basic parameters (where lacking) and objectives and means for improvement will be planned.
EGO certification can be understood as an appendix to existing corporate quality manuals and then it final version will be actually written up.
To obtain formal recognition, the 4 companies involved in the experimentation will be subject to an inspection visit by a certification authority that will be able to award the certification - only if the companies adhere to the standard’s requirements.
