Monitoring and Evaluation

The technical-scientific committee meets at the project’s transnational encounters and coordinates the actions of this WP.
As part of the Partnership Agreement a section was developed in the monitoring and evaluation protocol that involves: the creation of monitoring tools of the data generated within the partnership, between beneficiaries and stakeholders, the study of the data, the implementation of corrective measures, the collection, analysis and systematic use of the information required for the management and validation of the project, the evaluation of the criteria of relevancy, efficiency and efficacy, impact and sustainability.
The reports and forms are fundamental tools in the monitoring and assessment processes and include: phase reports, minutes of meetings and coordination sessions, report on transnational activities, financial reports, company reports on the obtaining of certification, final monitoring and evaluation reports “Customer Satisfaction” questionnaires are distributed to establish the effective satisfaction of the target group and to improve the approach to certification if this is found wanting.
