Management and Coordination

The Partnership agreement is drafted and validated, the organs of the partnership are formed (Technical-scientific Committee and Mainstreaming Committee), a coordinated image for the project is decided, the web site (with forum) is set up and an informative brochure printed, the kick-off meeting is organized and the other 5 project encounters are coordinated and their minutes typed up, the work schedules and four-monthly monitoring, administrative, management, progress, co-ordination and accounting reports are drawn up.
