Activities
The project is divided into three macro-phases which are transversal to the activities in the work packages:
- Analysis of the starting product and the needs of the new target, comparison and initial adaptation of the products to European level. This phase sees the involvement of all the partners, the cultural and conceptual adaptation of the model and the existing pedagogical models to ensure that all the notions are transferred as effectively as possible.
- Application and experimentation in the companies involved (2 in Italy, 1 in Portugal and 1 in Bulgaria). This phase sees the continuous training of the target group (management, supervisors and personnel from HR departments), awareness raising among staff from the companies involved and supporting companies in their endeavours towards “gender oriented” certification. Another 5 organisations will participate in the awareness raising stage, processes of peer review on the themes of gender and social responsibility within companies.
- Extensive Transfer of the experience: production and dissemination of new materials at national and European level and the implementation of a valorisation plan for the project. Management and coordination, monitoring and evaluation activities have been run in parallel in order to ensure respect of quality criteria and policy learning and policy transfer for the dissemination and sustaining of the results.
