Dissemination and Valorisation
Managed by all partners
The dissemination of the project’s results occurs via the organisation of public presentations and conferences, 5 transnational meetings (in in each partner country) and a final presentation of the results in Brussels.
Each partner is responsible for the organisation held in its country and the associated report.
Production of materials and products that can give visibility to the project actions; production of teaching material for the duplication of results (updating of the manuals for certification), the project web site is created and managed as are other communication tools, dissemination of information materials made with the companies and the social partners; contacts, information and dissemination of the materials produced aimed at the associations, trade unions and enterprises of the countries involved with the objective of achieving the goal of having working environments that foster the development of women's skills; organization of a mainstreaming committee, involving partners and the social partners, in order to ensure dissemination of results beyond the end of the project; organization of round tables and agreements/protocols for the development of gender practices and policies in the territories concerned, for extensive European coverage of "gender oriented" certification; activation of a practice for the recognition of "EGO" certification at a national level; participation in other "calls for proposals" and "fund raising" activities in order to participate in other Community programmes that promote the theme of quality based on gender priorities and equal opportunities for all; involvement of national organizations for the recognition and the formalization of the "EGO" gender-oriented certification system on a nationwide level.
